Important: These terms cover online ordering, frozen Friday delivery, subscriptions, and customer responsibilities. This page should be reviewed by a qualified attorney for your exact business.

1. Acceptance of Terms


By using this website, placing an order, or creating a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products and Frozen Delivery


Angel's Kitchen sells handmade empanadas and related products. Unless clearly stated otherwise, empanadas are delivered frozen and are intended to be stored safely and baked or reheated by the customer at home.

3. Delivery Area and Schedule


We currently offer local Friday delivery only within selected Delaware service areas near Delaware City. Address eligibility is checked before payment. Delivery dates depend on available Friday delivery windows, production lead time, route capacity, and service area availability.

4. Customer Information


You are responsible for providing accurate name, email, phone number, delivery address, delivery notes, and order details. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible information.

5. Payments


Payments are processed through Square. We do not intentionally store your full card number on our servers. Prices, discounts, taxes, fees, and availability may change, but the amount shown at checkout controls the order submitted for payment.

6. Subscriptions


Subscriptions renew automatically according to the subscription schedule shown at checkout. The first box may be charged at checkout, and future renewals may be charged through the saved payment method managed by Square. You may manage or cancel future renewals through the My Orders & Subscription page or by contacting us.

If an order has already been paid for, generated for the kitchen, prepared, or scheduled for the current billing cycle, it may still be fulfilled even if future renewals are cancelled.

7. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds


Order changes are not guaranteed after payment because production and delivery planning may begin immediately. Refunds for food products are reviewed case by case. Contact us promptly with your order number, photos if relevant, and a description of the issue.

8. Allergens and Food Safety


Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, meat, and other allergens. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers are responsible for safe storage, handling, and heating after delivery.

9. Website Accuracy


We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, delivery dates, and subscription details accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, refuse orders, cancel transactions, or update information when necessary.

10. Reviews and Testimonials


Reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine customer experiences. We do not allow fake, misleading, incentivized, or manipulated reviews.

11. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angel's Kitchen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, delivery delays, product availability, or improper storage, handling, or reheating after delivery.

12. Governing Law


These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
